Liquid error (sections/dbtfy-cart-goal line 68): comparison of String with 0 failed
Just set it up and starting to use functions. Easy, clear and simply to use. Love the light.
Very happy with the keyboard. Its slimline and light which is what I was after. Thank you :)
To be Honest , Got the Instinct 2X tactical solar ( Open Never Used ) Way cheaper from the market , It's brand new i have been using it and faced no issues at all , It comes with box etc and the serial numbers on watch and box are Genuine , Excellent Service π
Owned for about 16months.
200sqm lounge & corridors with ceramic tiles. 60sqm carpets in accessible bedrooms.
2 dogs that shed all year round. They often track dirt on their paws after playing outside.
Purchased when it released, paid $2650AUD. I just want a refund, as it's within warranty. Several other reviews that state roborock does a poor job fixing the machine and just drags out the process.
Pros
-It reduces the amount of cleaning I have to do after it's finished.
-Pre-set functions are helpful. Eg. I have got it cleaning every day at 10am and charging off-peak based on my electricity tariff.
-Auto-empty dust and auto-clean is great
Cons:
-The robo vac leaves dirt streaks while mopping. Just drags a dirty mop everywhere and just spreads dirt evenly all over the house. The mopping is absolutely useless. Over time my ceramic floors have consistently got browner and dirtier, compared to areas that the vacuum can't reach , like under our rugs.
-The vacuum function is not the worst, but it can't recognise dirt or target dirty areas e.g. the path my dogs take from the doggy door. It just cleans in a pre-determined grid pattern. Useless lidar and camera.
-Object detection is non-existent, it finds it way around our house by knocking walls and furniture consistently, and constantly gets stuck under our beds, sucking-up cables, shoe laces etc.
-Maps are not good either, the roborock constantly has trouble finding it's way back to the dock. It spent an hour trying to position and re-position itself looking for the dock that was 2cm away.
-After it has finished cleaning; dirty water from cleaning the mop pools at the bottom of the machine. If not cleaned daily, can form a foul sludge, as we found when we went away for a short holiday.
- Velcro that attaches mop pad to the vacuum came off. The Velcro is just stuck to the machine by double sided tape.
-The water tanks are too small and I have to clean and replace them daily.
Overall, it has been a massive inconvenience, it's damaged my floors and I've had to get in a professional tile cleaner to clean the tiles that the roborock has been spreading dirt over for 16months.
Roborock were meant to send out a heating element that wasn't supplied with my machine. They sent an email saying that the heating module had been dispatched, it never arrived and roborock didn't follow-up or help with an item number/tracking or even confirmirm it was even sent out.
The roborock killed itself while cleaning after 16months and refused to charge. Warranty claim pending.
I am now looking at buying a robo vac that has the spinning mops and larger tanks. Definitely recommend buying extended warranty as they don't last very long.
My order has been cancelled the day after a place the order because of " unforeseen circumstances" and didn't get refunded ! Send them an email on their contact mail box but no answers !
