As your review request shows a Silver set of earbuds and its what I ordered but I received a WHITE pair of earbuds, pretty disappointing and frustrating, I believe you have a packaging problem, on the Samsung box it has printed that the earbuds are WHITE .... but, the coloured label is SILVER, so you just used the coloured label to select without reading the Samsung box which clearly says WHITE. I have kept the white buds because I could not be bothered with all the hassle/delay/inconvenience of having them exchanged .you should check your stock so others will be sent the correct colour-order and avoid future customer problems.
