As your review request shows a Silver set of earbuds and its what I ordered but I received a WHITE pair of earbuds, pretty disappointing and frustrating, I believe you have a packaging problem, on the Samsung box it has printed that the earbuds are WHITE .... but, the coloured label is SILVER, so you just used the coloured label to select without reading the Samsung box which clearly says WHITE. I have kept the white buds because I could not be bothered with all the hassle/delay/inconvenience of having them exchanged .you should check your stock so others will be sent the correct colour-order and avoid future customer problems.

I purchased a projector as a Christmas gift for my partner, getting it early since we were heading away for the holidays. Unfortunately, upon opening the gift, we found the projector in terrible condition—scratched, with black marks, and a failing case.

I immediately initiated a return through Dick Smith, who then passed the issue along to Tech Tack. However, Tech Tack refused to replace the damaged product, claiming it was outside their return timeframe.

It is absolutely disgraceful for a company to repackage and resell faulty products to unsuspecting customers in a way that benefits them financially, while leaving the customer with a defective item.

For anyone considering purchasing from either Tech Tack or Dick Smith, I urge you to think twice. The time and energy spent trying to resolve this issue have been frustrating, expensive, and disheartening. My experience has been nothing short of horrendous.

These companies should be investigated and held accountable for their practices

The box was torn and dented, and the controller inside wasn't in a box or even just bubblewrap. Don't know how it survived but luckily it did.

The controller feels good quality and exactly the same as every other official controller, as is expected. It isn't some 3rd party made copycat.

The Rode Videomic NTG is a high quality professional microphone, both in terms of construction and technology. It particularly surprised me with its different recording modes, suitable among other things for different contexts and environments.
Perhaps some dedicated accessories are missing, such as a special carrying case.
